    Showcase drawing thread! C:

So being a [s]hugeass[/s] show off I am, I decided to put up a few of my drawings here:

More can be viewed in my DeviantART page: Click here
    WARNING: Hugeass pictures under spoilers.

Above: I just finished this, actually :o A friend of mine requested for me to draw her moople char for her, so yer c: i think her eyes are kinda derpy but oh well lol.

Above: Inori from guilty crown. Havent actually watched the anime but i found her character cute-looking. So I drew her.

Above: This one is actually a chibi version of my maple character. Drew this so that i could use it for my siggy in another forum.

Any feedback/comments are greatly appreciated~ Looking for areas where i can improve on. c:

Awesome stuff! You're extremely good with color and your anatomy is quite robust. The chibi is by far my favorite of the three. Good job!

If you want to improve, here's a couple things you can work on:
    - Shading. If you take a look at the second picture, for example, the sources of light are coming from the top right and bottom left (inferred from the girl's eyes). The shading doesn't accurately reflect this.
    - Folds. Study from pictures to see how folds work. Learning to do this is pretty tricky, and will come with time (like drawing hands or feet).
    - Hair. Well, this not as much, but I noticed in the second picture that the hair seems kind of "flat" on her head. Hair has volume. Otherwise, you draw hair great.
    - Anatomy. Even though I said it was good, keep working on hands and feet. Those are the tricky parts.
    - Facial expressions. These are pretty hard even if you know how to draw expressions. I recommend Tracy Butler's Facial Expression Guide.

And one last word of advice: When you're drawing digitally, you should horizontally flip your drawing once in a while. Noticeable mistakes tend to stick out more. It helps a lot. Professionals tend to use this technique.

And just so you know I'm not some guy picking on your art, here's some of my stuff.

They looked like they were ripped from a website.

Yeaaa drawing hands, feet, shading as well as folds are my weakness :C Didn't really notice the flatness in the 2nd picture but now that you mention it.. o.o
Thank you! I'll try the flipping images thingi and see if i can draw better with that.
Oh and your art is awesome! I can't draw with pencils, the paper get all dirty and stuff ;____; -jelly-

Well, seeing as I have no proof, it is a compliment, but at the same time, it could be taken as disrespect.

    I see xD.
Well I have no proof to show you otherwise either. Kinda hard to show that those drawings are mine other than my dA page. :X
Nonetheless thanks for the comment, i guess. :)
