The yellowness kinda kills the mood its like saying taking photos of a night scene and everything looks dark then you just put something too bright like baby blue i mean if the text was white and had a stroke it would be really good but since its your first signature i would say its amazing :) good job

It's good but again there are some things that could be better. For one thing I just wanna say I'm glad more GFXers are coming to this forum and sharing their work.

Now down to business. You're doing a few things right, it looks like you've been creating depth by blurring the background and the splatter in front of the render, but I feel it is a bit plain. there is a lot of dark space in the background, try filling it with things like c4d renders. Also I can't seem to see a flow to the signature, when I look at the render I see a downward left flow but your signature is just going all over the place, the flares could be understandable but the blue thing and orange thing have nothing to do in the signature. The c4d in the front shouldn't cover up so much of the render. The render itself doesn't look too high quality either, try finding higher quality renders next time. The text also could be less prominent, the text shouldn't look like the main focal of the signature.

You're going the right way, just keep practicing and look at some tutorials on deviant art. I hope you post some more of your work sir ^-^. Look up some tutorials on DeviantArt and if you don't understand some of the terms here's the quickest guide I could make:

Flow: Flow is when the focal points' natural "flow" or direction is also represented by the effects used in the artwork. It is often created by smudging, C4D's and pentooling.

Depth: Is just that, a signature with no depth is what we call "flat" which is something we'd like to avoid. Depth is often made by the background using blurring, smudging, stocks or C4D's. A tag which has nailed depth looks MUCH better than one which is flat. Monochromatic (ones with a single or a single kind of colors) tags require more depth than others.

Focal Point: This is the part of the signature/piece in which you should be focusing on, the part that stands out and in which the entire signature/piece is created around. This is the part which should draw the viewer's attention the most. It is usually made noticeable by sharpening it and blurring other parts relative to it.

Render: A cut out of a stock used in tags quite a lot. Often features a character or person.

C4D: A cinema 4 d image. Used for effects primarily. They are pretty common in usage. And easily available as well!

Taken from here: http://www.pokecommunity.com/showthread.php?t=301764 (It's a great resource, you should give it a read)
    Cheers

The yellow is not the best choose for that can of background. I would just go with black and white personally but that is probably going to be better then mine.http://leafre.net/images/smilies/face/f3.png
