    VIII. The End

    I. Introduction

    Zero introduces a new way of playing. It has built in marco skills which launch different combos. It also introduces a new world created by the evil Black Mage. This new world is called Mirror World and it's a copy of the real maple world. It has fake copies of NPC's and copies of maps from the real world. This is what makes Zero special. Zero, can be a boring class for those who are experienced in KMS. Zero was released in KMST ver. 1.2.482. It also introduces TF(Time Force) which is like DF(Demon Fury) It uses WP(Weapon Points) which is gained by a buff and dungeons.

    II. The Story

    This story continues from DemonSlayer's past. Demonslayer captured the Goddess of Time before betraying the Black Mage. All the commanders have been waiting for this moment. The frozen Goddess gives birth to Zero by Goddess Tears!
    You are in the mirror world. You start talking to the new commanders. Blah Blah until..... you discover that they are EVIL! (Of course Zero! It doesn't even take a stupid 20 year old like me to know that) Zero then goes to this temple and look! There's a girl and some statues. The statue gives you a quest. WHAT? and this is where you do some quests and meet BETA.

    III. Pros and Cons

    Pros:

    • You don't need to any pots because you do dungeons that give you Mu Long like pots.
    • No need to buy weapons because you only need your sword
    • If you upgrade one of the weapons, the other one gets upgraded to.
    • You start at level 100 :D
    Cons:

    • You can't gain exp from the real world until level 180
    • You have combos that can break your keyboard
    • You MUST complete all 8 chapters of Zero's Storyline
    • You can't find decent equips in the Mirror World

    IV. Weapons

    Finally we're on weapons! Zero's weapons have spirits in it

    Alphas is called Lazuli

    Betas is called Lapis

    As both zero's level up, Lapis and Lazuli will make the power of Zero's sword more powerful.

    Using the url function is better [.URL="http://leafre.net/guides-54/bacons-zero-quest-guide-28188/"]http://leafre.net/guides-54/bacons-zero-quest-guide-28188/[/URL.] Remove ze fullstop

    The pros also should include (imo)

    Extremely Mobile Class
    High Output of Damage
    Flashly Skills
    Does not require cubes

    Cons

    Good hand coordination is mandatory
    Alpha being too squishy and beta being too slow

    @21is21

    And i just realized... that Zero has 3 lives.

    Additionally, the combo is not really restricted. Meaning when you tag yourself, they would do a wombo combo.

    E.G:

    Wind cutter (ALPHA)<---> EARTH BREAK (BETA)

    Rolling Curve (ALPHA)<---> WHIRLWIND (BETA)

    Flash Assault (ALPHA)<---> THROWING WEAPON (BETA)

    You can also wind cutter halfway to an earthbreak, and so on.

    E.G (steps by keys)

    WC--> WC--> EB

    just another extra few things i feel worth mentioning

    Huh? Does not require cubes? Mind explaining this?
    -
    21is21, thanks for your guide. Can't wait to try it (this Wednesday iirc?)
    By the way, how goes the leveling up? I mean is it decent? is it fast? Everything is as it should be and not hell-ish?

    This is Zero's UI.(sorry i am too lazy to crop)

    Its the weapons that does not need cubes. Remember the days of agony where we have to spam cubes? With Zero, its slightly different

    First. I will explain what is a WP. Weapon Point. You will get it by killing mirror world monsters (+1 only) and finish the dungeon (+50 at earlier dungeons, mine is at +75 now). The reason my wp is low now because i randomized stuff.

    See the first option? Its a Randomize Stats Option. Works like a chaos scroll that does not take up your slots. Uses up 50k mesos and 500 W.P every time.

    The second option is a Potential Randomizer. For 100k Mesos and 600 WP, you can randomize your potential. Not too sure if you can change the rank of the potential, because i used those boss drop cubes to cube it, until i realized that you could actually randomize your potential that way.

    At earlier levels it is easy..... for mine, i get about 15% per dungeon rounds (+ bulk of exp for completing it). Job Quests are good tho. gives about 60~70% XD. But it is level restricted......

    I shall say its tedious, but fun. Might get boring after awhile.

    Alright thanks for the info bacon, it seems amazing that finally a character can be more independent than usual.
    Though I wonder if you could upgrade the potential with the said system, otherwise it's not REALLY worth it (cause you wont be able to create anything OP, but it's better than nothing)
    And I'm glad leveling up isn't so horrible, but the story driven quests and chapters seem pretty fun to complete.

    Do you mean that you tested grinding not in ch 1 where it's modified exp rates?
    Because yeah I want to know what it's like to grind there as if I was in the real server.

    Wow, this is an awesome guide! I can't wait to start to use it when Zero finally comes out on KMS! I look forward to seeing the completed version. It'd be great if the final version had the full storyline in addition to the guide that you link of Zero though. Like just a written out version of it. Anywho, great job!

    Oh yeah I tried. At level 170 the mobs gives about 15k exp or so. But at the end of the dungeon it gives about 10mexp? About 5%. At normal rate

    At cc1 exp its x6 so I get about 10 % a round.

    The dungeons, once you have the layout in your brain, takes about 3-4 minutes to complete a round.

    I'm excited for the skill build to come out, since I'm worried I'm going to completely screw over my character otherwise ;v;

    This is awesome Cubing without any use of nx. I'd still like to know if you can get legendary potential by cubing that way. Bacon said you can randomize stats similar to chaosing. Can you still use chaos scrolls after randomizing? :o
