I'm buying either one of these two recipes.
A) Dragonic Nageling recipe. Level 110. 5 Dex, 5 Luk, 106 Attack, 8 slots. Requires a Nageling, 3 Superior Abrasives, 5 Lidium, 16 Superior Item Crystals, and 5 Philosopher's Stones. I will pay 25m for this recipe, open to offers and/or alternate means of payment. According to @Jay (via Insoya), it drops from Harps, Dual Ghost Pirates, Rextons, Dark Wyverns, Reindeer, and Grey Vultures.
B) Emperor's Slayer recipe. Level 130. 4 Dex, 8 Luk, 111 Attack, 8 slots. Fuck if I know what it takes to craft. I will pay 70m for this recipe, open to offers and/or alternate means of payment. This recipe is sold in Aswan for the price of 75 Emperor Coins. The recipe appearing in the shop itself is random.
