Thread: What's a "Shout"?

The chatbox used to be a shoutbox where everything you said there was saved and stored, therefore it was a "shout-out".

However, it had a few problems and caused a bit of lag after a while and so we swapped to the IRC, and the Shout points haven't been updated. It would also be a pain to code points for an IRC and people would just spam for levels.
