Determining the raw % damage is pretty easy if you isolate it with the other skills Xenons have "the buffs and passives" so lets take the raw % of the nerfed Fuzzy Mob Masqurade.
Right now it deals 432% x5 to a single target at a delay of 1100ms "1000ms = 1 second" and it's been proven that the delay decreases by either -30ms or -60ms each stage "there are 5 stages of weapon speeds" all thieves are at a speed of (2) which is the fastest but let's just leave this out for this example.
-This calculation is an example it is not the real calculation since weapon speed and the weapon multiplier is excluded-
just simply 432% x 5 = 2160% at a 1100ms delay of course in a minute there is 60 seconds which is 60 000ms
so 60 000/1100 = 54.545454etc. which means 54 Fuzzy Mob Masqurades can be used in a minute so 54 x 2160% = 116 640%
Which obviously means Fuzzy Mob Masqurade can deal 116 640% individually.
The math is pretty simple if you have all the information in front of you and know how everything affects each other.
and yeah for the real calculations for Xenon would be much more complicated with the Weapon Multiplier, Passive Stats, Virtual Projection, New Ignore Def System,Aegis System, Hypers and etc.
In summary use grade 9 math to figure out raw % damage. "not even grade 9"
i dont really think calculations using weapon multipliers are good because the amount of attack on each weapon is different...
