We’re happy to announce the launch of the MapleStory Support Portal! The Support Portal is a part of our ongoing effort to improve MapleStory’s service experience for our players. The portal has direct links to Support Tickets, Technical Support Forums, MapleStory News & Announcements, and Billing & Account Questions.

We have also launched the MapleStory Knowledge Base, a library of information for many commonly asked questions in MapleStory. You can browse or search for answers instantly. Many popular topics are updated regularly to help our players get answers and get back to the game. You can also suggest new entries to the Knowledge Base to help grow the information available.
