    Reasoning:
You leave Cross Piercing at level 16 because it really isn't that good. It's good for attacking in the Second Job, but in the Third Job, you get a far better attacking skill. Everything else is beneficial, and you need 5 Final Shot to get Highkick Demolition.

Charge Drive before Final Attack, since it'll help with damage output more. (And you level quickly enough as is at these levels).

    Training:

    -Second Job

LPQ, you bastards. 10 times. That should get you to almost 40? I guess. Kerning Square is a good place to train in place of that. From there you move to CDs and Monster Park. Continue with Mercedes's quests as well.

48~50 you want to go to Trojans in Ludi. Robos at around 54~56. Red Robos at around 56. Once you hit 62~64, you move to Omega and train on Mateon. Feel free to move to Zeta Grey as well. They drop Angelic Bless Ring recipes. All the while supplementing your training with Mercedes's quests and Monster Park.

    Third Job

Strike Dualshot: Shoots many fast arrows at enemies in front of you. Has a chance to stun enemies. At max level, hits 4 enemies with 4 arrows, doing 126% damage each, and an 80% chance of stunning for 6 seconds. (Max Level - 20)

Leap Tornado: While in the air, start spinning and shoot many arrows at the ground. You must have 120% or more jump and be in the air to use this skill. At max level, hits 8 enemies for 135% damage 4 times. (Max Level - 20)

Unicorn Spike: Summon the sacred unicorns to attack enemies in front of you. There is a chance to debuff your opponent and weaken them, to allow you and your party to deal extra damage. This skill has a 100% chance of hitting critical damage. At max level, 8 enemies will be hit 150% damage 5 times, and there is a 95% chance of dealing 15% extra for 15 seconds, but the extra damage is only applied to a maximum of 5 hits. There is a cooldown of 10 seconds. (Max Level - 20)

Gust Dive: Use the power of the wind to dive through the air into enemies to damage. At max level, hits 6 enemies 3 times for 195% damage. (Max Level - 20)

Ignis Lore: Using the power of the spirit of fire, increase your damage and chance to avoid enemy attacks for a certain period of time. At max level, lasts 180 seconds and gives 40 attack. Passively adds an extra 20% chance to avoid enemy attacks. (Max Level - 20)

Water Shield: Use the strength of the spirit of water to create a shield that absorbs some damage and gives you resistance to states and elements for a certain period of time. At max level, lasts 180 seconds, absorbs 30% damage, and gives you 25% resistance to states and elements. (Max Level - 20)

Highkick Demolition: Can only be used after Charge Drive. Fly towards your enemies in the air and hit them extremely fast. At max level, hit 8 enemies for 120% damage 6 times. Passively increases Charge Drive’s damage by 30%. (Prerequisite – 5 Final Shot) (Max Level - 15)

The ice knight has a 90% chance to freeze enemies for 5 seconds and hits 550% damage, the fire knight inflicts DoT damage of 110% damage every second for 5 seconds and hits 550% damage, and the dark knight hits 625% damage. There is a cooldown of 120 seconds. (Max Level - 20)

    Reasoning:
Unicorn Spike is just useless and not worth it. You really won't be using it as much, and the extra damage output you gain on Charge Drive from Highkick Demolition is better. At 78 I have you add 1 point into Unicorn Spike because it's just a throwaround point. You can really do whatever you want with it, but 1 point into Water Shield is useless, and 4 isn't much better. Six is good, though.

    Training:

    -Third Job

At 70 you move to Sand Rats. Though, you're also able to move to Chipmunks in Mu Lung, and then the Blue Snakes over a couple maps once you're about 76, instead. They both drop Angelic Bless Ring recipes.

At around 76 move to Scorpions. They're better than Sand Rats at this point. You can also move to Triple Rumo as they drop Angelic Ring recipes. I'd actually suggest this. The spawn is great and it's a flat map.

    81 is Mithril Mutae.

    83 is Roids.

    88~90 is Saitie

    93~96 is Homunculus

Now here is where the training gets tricky. You stay at Homunculus until about 100. You can then move to Captains and Krus. But you can also move to Ludi. Mercedes moves up and down very quickly, so the high spawn rate of the large Ludi maps will be nice for you.

From levels 100 on, you stay at Captains and Krus until about 110. Then you'll move to Ghost Pirates to Death Teddies. You can also do Harps instead, of that's more comfortable for you.

If you're brave, 110~120 can be dedicated to hunting at Master Death Teddies for your Angelic Bless ring. It's dangers because they hit so hard, but if you have the money for pots and you're powerful, I'd suggest training here. The enormous spawn rate along with your fast movement will make this make godly.

    And don't forget Monster Park.

    Fourth Job

Ishtar’s Ring: Borrow the power of the legendary weapon Ishtar to continuously fire rapid arrows at a target. Hold down the skill button to keep attacking. Passively increases the damage of Strike Dualshot. At max level, hits 110% damage two times. Strike Dualshot’s damage is increased by 25%. (Max Level - 30)

Legendary Spear: Leap forward while raining down arrows on enemies. Enemies hit by the attack will have their defense lowered. This attack has a 100% critical chance. Passively increases the damage of Leap Tornado. At max level, hit 12 enemies for 572% damage 2 times, their defense will be reduced by 20% for 15 seconds. Cooldown is 5 seconds. Leap Tornado’s damage in increased by 30%. (Prerequisite – 10 Highkick Demolition) (Max Level - 20)

Lightning Edge: Move forward instantaneously and attack many enemies in your path. At max level, hits 8 enemies for 435% damage 3 times. There is a cooldown of 5 seconds. (Max Level - 30)

Rolling Moonsault: Must be used after Charge Drive. Rapidly spin in the air, hitting floating enemies for continuous damage. You can use Acrobatic Jump, Leap Tornado, or Gust Dive after this skill. At max level, hits 8 enemies for 190% damage 6 times. (Max Level - 20)

Ancient Spirit: For a certain period of time, receive the blessings of an ancient spirit and increase your damage and HP. Permanently increases the chance to avoid attacks of Ignis Lore. At max level, for 210 seconds, damage is increased by 30% and HP is increased by 1500. Passively increases Ignis Lore’s effect to avoid enemy attacks by 20%. (Prerequisite – 5 Ignis Lore) (Max Level - 30)

Maple Warrior: Increase the stats of all party members by a certain percentage. At max level, increases all stats by 15% for 900 seconds. (Max Level - 30)

Hero’s Will: Focuses to break free from a state. At max level, cooldown of 360 seconds. (Max Level - 5)

Dual Bowgun Expert: Increases mastery of a dual bowgun, attack, and minimum critical damage. At max level, increases mastery to 70%, gives 30 attack, and increases minimum critical damage by 15%. (Prerequisite – 20 Dual Bowgun Mastery) (Max Level - 30)

Defense Break: Attacks on an enemy have a chance to ignore 100% of their defense. This works on bosses as well. At max level, there is a 40% chance to ignore 100% of the target’s defense. (Max Level - 20)

Advanced Final Attack: Increases damage and accuracy, and also the chance of activation and damage of Final Attack. At max level, adds 20 attack, 10% accuracy. Final Attack: Dual Bowgun’s chance of activation increases to 70% and its damage increases to 105% per hit. (Prerequisite – 20 Final Attack: Dual Bowgun) (Max Level - 30)

    Results:

    Legendary Spear: Max
    Lightning Edge: Max
    Rolling Moonsault: Max
    Ancient Spirit: Max
Maple Warrior: 27 (Unless I missed 3 SP somewhere lol)
    Hero's Will: Max
    Dual Bowgun Expert: Max
    Defense Break: Max
    Advanced Final Attack: Max

    Reasoning:

Okay, well, a lot of thought went into this, and I'm going to start out with late game, when I add AFA, at level 164. You can switch that up so it's maxed at around 190 instead, when you start fighting Empress (Unless you plan on doing so earlier), for more damage. I only put it there at 164 so you can have better boss damage immediately, since you WILL be bossing quite frequently at those high levels, I'd imagine.

Anyway, let's start from the top. Ancient Spirit is an absolute must. Not only does it increase your damage, but it also increases your avoid AND gives you 1500 HP. You need that FIRST. End of discussion. I suggest 1 point into Ishtar's Ring after (I haven't done the math, so this may be changed) Ancient Spirit and 2 into Rolling Moonsault because the added benefit of getting to Final Attacks off with Ishtar's Ring will speed up bossing. After that there's two things you can do. Rolling Moonsault or Defense Break. It depends on whether or not you're bossing. If you're going to be bossing for sure, do Defense Break. If not do Rolling Moonsault to aid to training.

The rest is pretty straight forward. You want Dual Bowgun Expert maxed next, and after that you can start on Ishtar's Ring. Lightning Edge and Legendary Spear are good, but 1 point in them is sufficient until the later levels. You're also free to only add 2 points to Hero's Will, which actually might be the better thing to do, and max Maple Warrior instead. Up to you.

Feel free to supplement this yourself, with suggestions and changes. Enjoy!

    ~Training~

Er lol. Well, it depends. Monster Park. MDTs, Gig Vikings, all those at 12x. You can start soloing Zakum Arms at around 13x or 14x for exp as well. It's all pretty much MP or training at monsters around your level, though. I'll update a bit more later on when I get to 12x and test the training grounds a bit.

    Credits:

-Tremendous thanks to Max of http://orangemushroom.wordpress.com/ for his hard work and effort on putting together the skill's descriptions and and the pictures. Couldn't have made this guide without you. Sorry, again! :P

-To me for putting it all together and coming up with the build (:

However, feel free to add to the training areas. They're not complete by all means, and I'm still working on the 4th job build and training areas. Will update once complete.
