well laser but you have to charge it up so why not use shark wave to charge up lazer

they're both long range horizontal beams so... pick whichever one you think does more damage when you get them.

Basically what the others said. Spam Shark Wave until you have enough, then use lazer and repeat.

Put 1 into shark for charging then max lasor because it hits 4 times and does pretty nice damage.
You should make a viper to be honest.

Yeah,I agree with the rest,use Shark Wave to charge the skill up and then shoot the laser ^^
