__Narwhalic__ , your math on the 1v1 is wrong, you compared skill cast times for thunder and Dragon strike but neglected to do so with the 1v1 skills.

In reality FoR is 1.3x faster then annihilate, meaning that annihilate is only 37.5% more damage (shown in the math below), but that will not be a fixed number due to the chaining and requirements to get it up to 7 hits in the first place.

Delay of Annihilate / Delay of FoR = Number of FoR casts per annihilate.

1170/900 = 1.3

So from that we can work out that FoR will do 13 attacks in the time it will take annihilate to do 10. aka at 11700ms.

Using your numbers.

Annihilate = 2737.5% * 10 = 27375%

FoR = 2000% * 13 = 26000%

So at the equivalence point annihilate will be doing 27375 - 26000 damage more, so 1375% more in the 11700 ms.

But even this is not realistic, because annihilate doesn't initially start at 7 hits per cast, meaning that it will not be 1375% higher at the first equivalence point but actually much lower.

So Viper are better at 1v1 burst damage (damage done from the start of the attack without set up needed).

And Striker will be better over time, suggesting that they can keep up a constant 7 hit per cast annihilate.

Although the point where annihilate will pass FoR in 1v1 damage is unrealistic due to pseudo Shadow partner having a 180 second cooldown.
