    Striker VS Viper Skill Comparisons

    Let's see how Striker sizes up against it's closest rival, Viper. Shall we?

    Note: this is just for information purpoises--I'm not doing this just to hate or anything. I will update this when Nexon inevitably buffs Strikers before release.

    1v1 Skills

    Annihilate Annihilate vs. Fist Enrage Fist Enrage

    Striker: Annihilate Annihilate - 250% x 7 - 1750% with a delay of 1170 ms

    Counting in their psuedo Shadow Partner, which adds a 45% damage boost, it goes to 2737.5% with a delay of 1170 ms




    Viper: Fist Enrage Fist Enrage - 250 x 8 - 2000% with a delay of 900 ms



    Results: Annihilate beats Fist Enrage by 700%...


    Long Range Mobbing Skills

    Striker: Gale Gale vs. Viper: Energy Blast Energy Blast

    Gale Gale: 390% x 5 - 1950% on up to 8 enemies with a delay of 1200 ms

    Counting in their psuedo shadow partner, 1950% x 45% = 2827.5%
    Range: 695%
    Notes: Vertical range is huge.




    Energy Blast Energy Blast: 550% x 4 - 2200% on up to 10 enemies with a delay of 1200 ms
    Range: 695%
    Notes: horrible vertical range.



    Results: Strikers definitely win the long range battle with superior damage and horizontal + vertical range, but losing to Viper's with 2 enemies hit less.



    Short Range Mobbing Skills


    Striker: Thunder Thunder vs. Viper: Dragon Strike Dragon Strike

    Thunder Thunder: 280% x 5 - 1400% on up to 8 enemies with a delay of 1350 ms

    Counting in their psuedo shadow partner, 1400% x 45% = 2030%
    Range: 450%




    Dragon Strike Dragon Strike: 700% x 2 - 1400% on up to 6 enemies with a delay of 1080 ms
    Range: 400%



    Results: While Thunder DOES more damage than Dragon Strike, Dragon strike is considerably faster. Let me get the skills to a meetup point

    Thunder:
    1 cast - 1350 ms
    2 casts - 2700 ms
    3 casts - 4050 ms
    4 casts - 5400 ms (8140%)
    5 casts - 6750 ms

    Dragon Strike:
    1 cast - 1080 ms
    2 casts - 2160 ms
    3 casts - 3240 ms
    4 casts - 4320 ms
    5 casts - 5400 ms (7000%)

    Results: Striker's Thunder wins against Dragon Strike.

    Problems with my calculations: Instead of just using pure damage%, i added in striker's pseudo shadow partner--otherwise Vipers would just succeed in every category. To make this analysis 100% accurate i would have to calculate in ALL the damage boosts for Striker and Vipers, respectively. Ain't nobody got time fo' dat.

    Things wrong with revamped Strikers: Their Shadow Partner has a cooldown of 180 seconds. If they get dispelled then they lose a major 45% damage boost.

    Things good with revamped Strikers: Mobility. Lots and lots of mobility.

    Well it still in KMST, so I hope they buff up Annihilate for the official release

    Annihilate gets more # of hits for each stacked buff
    So it can get up to 7 hits each cast + 45% more damage

    Btw... 250x7 is not 3500.. its 1750
    making pseudo make it like 2550% damage.
    5000% damage is way too op

    But Gale/Typhoon has a cooldown of 10 seconds after each use,wouldn't the delay be alot longer,so energy blast beats Gale by quite abit.

    Edit:Try buffing up first,it can only be used if you have 2 or more stacked buff.

    I had problems with getting Gale to work in KMST in the first place, so I just went with how it was spammable after I used the 150 hyper buff. I'll try again in kmst later

    2Narwhalic you gottta count the chain system too how damge is increased and delay is decreased
