    1. Submerged Tower "The Seed" content added
      • The Seed was built on the bottom of the sea by Alice, the Transcendent of Life, to save the lives of the innocent when the Black Mage was trying to destroy the Maple world. But however, now the tower is being fought with evil
      • The Seed has a guardian in each floor in effort to prevent intruders. Each floor has a different prevention device. It is said at the bottom of the tower that there is power equipment that can help control the spread of evil.
      • In order to go down the tower, one must have possession of an enchanted stone. It must be worn via Hazyview. You will then be able to collect Seed Points which you can trade in for items such as other stones.
      • To obtain seed points, you must clear a floor. You then will have the option to return back to the lobby to receive your seed points. However, if you continue, bonus prizes can await.

    Some pics from The Seed

    Now here is the window shown when you complete the seed.

    There is also a ranking system

    How it works is like this:
    I haven't gotten far (only floor 2). But each map contains different puzzles. The first map, you'll be in a map with a bunch of Giant Slimes. You must kill 300 of them to move on. This map is not limited to you or your party. There can be other players in the map. Sometimes, Fenley can spawn . If he does, he will target you and you only. If you touch him, he'll do 2100 DMG to do. He will keep following you around this floor.
    The second map is a jump quest. Though, there is a trick! The platforms disappear.
    You are given a time limit. It will not reset per level. I don't know how far you need to go for it to reset.

    You are able to quit at any time. Upon entering, you'll be given a Alice Soul Connector . Simply use the connector to exit, which then, you'll be transported to the lobby and given your results. Your results consist of EXP, Seed Points, and a box from Alice. This will contain random items. The deeper you go down the tower, the better the reward is.

    "Zero character creation is reopened. However, to create a Zero, you must have a Lv. 100 character beforehand. Zero is able to interact in the Maple World after Prologue now. You must complete the [Maple World & Mirror World] quest (Lv. 100 quest) in order to do so."
    First, Nexon is doing something that, in my opinion, should have done in the first place: not limting the creation of Zero by time (as Nexon said last year), but by the levels of other characters in your account. I think, requiring a level 100 character in order to open a character that starts in level 100 is something fair to ask. The problem is with all the players that have opened Zero during summer 2013, before Nexon required a level 100 character in order to open one.
    I believe that some of the players who opened a Zero during summer 2013 don't have a level 100 character (except from Zero) in their account, and letting people who haven't got to level 100 in any other chracter before just leave the Mirror World and experience Maple World as any other level 100 player is the wrong thing to do. I know some people might disagree with me, but in level 100, Maple World isn't ready for people who don't know the basics of this game (in my opinion, people who don't know the basics of the game shouldn't play Zero at all and should have got to level 100 with other character before playing Zero).

    16 different classes got revamped in this patch, and the revamps, in my opinion, are pretty major. The Explorers weren't revamped (except from the ability to teleport while in air for Magicians), but RED was only 6 months ago. BaM and Wild Hunters didn't recieve any revamp, but they will be restricted on the day of THE SEED patch and we are told they will be revamped in one of the following patches to the seed- I believe, like @oSevenZo wrote before me, that their revamp is going to be a major one, unlike the other classes' revamps in THE SEED.
    One thing I don't understand is why Nexon restrictes the creation of Aran and Mechanic if they are going to be revamped in THE SEED?
    I believe Nexon might have decided to revamp the skills that they are planning to keep after the upcoming revamp to these classes, to improve the experience of players who currently play them. It is interesting that they decided to not revamp any of the BaM or Wild Hunter skills in THE SEED. Might be because they recieved more major revamp in FLY than the Mecahnic and Aran (who wasn't revamped at FLY at all).
    In other news, where is the Mikhail revamp? I guess even Nexon forgot about him (through he was revamped a bit in FLY).
    Edit: OH GAWD THEY REVAMPED XENON'S SNIPE.

    If anything, getting to Equilibrium is easier now.
    Also, teleport in midair applies to Luminous now.

    I don't see any bad perks really.

    Your definition of revamp and my definition are completely different.
    IMO a revamp is a complete re-haul of the class, and there is nothing that major here.
    In fact most of this patch is minor buffs that increase skill percentages.

    Also what did having your first character as a Zero take away from people?

    @Deception
    The only real downer for the patch is that Tempest is getting a combo change when its spammed (not that you would after its last change)

    @Lone
    My bad. I meant to say that the revamp is pretty minor, not pretty major. It doesn't even make sense with the rest of my comment: "their revamp is going to be a major one, unlike the other classes' revamps in THE SEED."
    In my opinion, Nova, Explorer, Cygnus and Heros (except from Aran and Evan) don't need a complete re-haul. I think the idea behind this revamp is to buff the classes and make them compatible with the changes of You & I.
    Also what did having your first character as a Zero take away from people? You start from level 100 (and skip the learning curve of getting to level 100 by yourself), you get a very short tutorial that will probably tell you nothing if you're new to Maplestory, you have a quest system that doesn't look anything like the current quest system, you train in premium dungons by yourself or with people you decide to train with, and don't even let me start talking about how it will kill the story of Zero for these players.
    Still, not my business.

    Zero had its own learning curve separate from the regular classes.
    You learn that question is a viable option for experience, but you will sometimes have to grind.
    But with them being able to get exp outside of the maple world before 180 that is broken.

    Also getting to 100 is a joke, there is no learning curve. Follow any experienced player and you will see that they all go to the exact same training spots for the same amount of levels, because they do what works. That isn't a learning curve, that is just experience in the game.
