How to APPLY!

Hi there, I wanted to try maplestory 2 so i kinda used my 4 year old account but when i try to login it directed me to

Then i tried multiple times to verify using my email but they just wouldn't send it to me. So I clicked skip which is the middle button I think and

I got this error. So i guess even old accounts need to verify using korean phone ..?

Yes if u have an account that was made before 2013 and was not verified you need to verify it with korean phone number if u dont have one your out of luck srry :c

I (think) I have a Korean Nexon account (I don't have a korean maplestory account, I'm done with maplestory 1 >.>):

but I keep getting this error

which I guess means I don't have a korean IP or wutever. How do I get a korean IP?

Did you create the account yourself? It probably isn't verified and like i said before, you need an i-pin of korean phone number so good luck.

Omg, Looks like i did something very stupid. My account was perfectly fine but I logged in multiple times i think more than 10. That caused the need to verify for my case -.-
And probably they only send the code to korean email like naver, i coulda just create one. So yeap i can't even log in now to verify :( T_T
I did the same thing to both of my nexon accounts. EVERYTHINGS GONE!

Edit: Looks like hotspot shield was the culprit. It only allowed me to bypass the first ip check so yeah I signed up already ^^

I think you just necro'ed a thread but since it's so old, I'm just wondering whether this method still works or not since it's been about half a year since this post and now~ however I do not think that one can apply for a MS2 account via this method since 21is21 said that "Remember that you can only apply until the 12th of January and the results are announced on the 16th" and if I'm not wrong, this guide is for CBT (Closed Beta Testing) which is probably outdated but I'm not so sure so don't take my words for it!
