Katy Perry is a way better singer and is hotter than Gaga.
Except in ET. That song and music video was just weird.

I don't believe any of them are artists or really have any special talents...they're just bland...and go with pop culture, which i don't tend to like in the US for some reason...maybe it's because i know what goes on during the production of music, and half of those artists don't make up anything on their own, not even the producers. I like both of their music but Katy more : P
but I would say that Lady Gaga is a better Raw singer than Katy o-o
