School work can get hard at times, don't ignore it like I do.:P Just keep up the work and all of it will pay off one day. :D
Your parents are just trying to help you; even if they're seeming to come off hard.
As for the guy that left you, forget about him, he's not worth it. Be like da fisher as Deception said, and eventually you'll catch a whopper!
