Thread: Test Account Errors

Hello, I'm trying to log into the KMS test account to do the application but, I'm running into issues either way I go. A few things to know before I show you the issue.

I run Windows 7
My computer IS set for Korean code page
Internet Explorer IS my default browser
I am typing everything CASE SENSITIVE
I HAVE installed AhnLab from the website

This is the issue I run into when I try to login via website.

The MIDDLE box IS ticked
ALL firewalls are OFF
I DID type this (Even though it looks like I typed leafretest):

Account: LeafreTest
Password: test123

There seemed to be no way around this so I tried launching it through GameLauncher, where I ran into this.

I clicked on the box on the RIGHT side and then this popped up.

If I clicked on the box on the left, nothing happened. (It used to open the site in Google Chrome even after I set Internet Explorer as my default browser, so I deleted Google Chrome and it now does nothing) If I clicked on the box on the right, nothing happened.

I DID run GameLauncher as an administrator

I tried this both yesterday and today and I got the same results each day. I would really appreciate if someone could help me with this issue. (None of those "Just for more posts" posts that don't help me, that's why I explained my issue in such great detail).

After doing exactly what you said and running GameLauncher as an administrator this box pops up.

I then click on the button on the right and this box pops up.

So I'm still stuck. I only deleted ASP Launcher and Maplestory.exe. If I need to delete more, please be perfectly specific in what I need to delete.

Lol, I suppose I have you guys stumped. Not such a good thing for me. =P Been working, trying different things for hours. XD All of them have generally led to the exact same error messages though. When I read through old posts, most people said they got that authentication issue while trying to log on via the webstie (That's error 1 by the way) and that using GameLauncher would work for them. Is the info I've been given to login incorrect?

Do you have a steam account or skype even where we can possibly talk about this actively?
