Evan is locked out of character creation. However I'd also say demon slayer or Bishop. Both classes save on pots and currently have equip box events.

Currently Mikhail is locked from character creation so you can't make them anymore. If you can get past the squishyness, go wind archer. Otherwise, you might want to go Wind Archer
