Is there any way I can speed this up?
EDIT: added another image, showing that I downloaded in Orbit, and the files in my KMS folder.

KMS installation/patching (I can't tell which) really slow..

I'm going to assume you are downloading the installer.
If you followed the getting started guide you would know the better,recommended way to download the installer, and that is via Orbit/Flashget/Any downloader

Actually, I downloaded it with Orbit, and I have no freaking idea what is going on atm.
